Silverfish are common during the winter months. They seek out warm areas and feed off of boxes and insulation. They have long antennae, and move in a wiggling motion that resembles the movement of a fish. Silverfish can live for a year or more without eating. They can be found in basements, bathrooms, garages, closets, and attics.
